I hate giving bad reviews but gotta. I didn't take pics but should've. 1st ALL the staff were GREAT!
Elevator is death trap, it sunk about 2-4 inches when boarding & is SO LOUD it kept us up at night.
Brick walkways make all roller suitcases into a trains click clack click clack all night long people coming in. Morning its the cleaning crews and their carts. So dam loud!
Rooms terrible Motel 6 style beds noisy on some kind of springs that squeaks when enter the bed & move around. Pillows we way too soft or way too big. Had 4 of them, if can bring own. The electrical outlets between the beds are so loose our chargers kept falling out & hard to charge. The closet was in the bathroom! The steam would get all into our clothes wth? No fan in bathroom, possible vented as I had seen a hole in wall for central vacuum type but could not feel airflow. Toilet very slow to flush & multiple times had to flush for #2, like 4-6 times to get stuff to go down toilet. Show curtain failed to keep water in & floor would be soaked which caused issues with wall that bottom had been POORLY repaired.
I think thats all the negative.
Good stuff the mini frig worked and the mini micro wave too.
You get what u pay for. We needed a place to say nothing stolen, nobody went into room. If just a day or two its ok. The location is great! People were nice and helped out when could.
Definitely not the Hilton & son said his stay at the Sheraton was not great either so theres that. Will I stay in future, most likely not, will I be back in Clearwater, no so its a moot point.

The shower leaks all over the floor, terrible water pressure, rooms are shabby and need to be updated. And BEWARE they charge you an additional 10 dollars a day for parking. I also found the staff at the front desk to be rude. Not once did anyone ever say hello, good morning , can I help you etc. They just stare at you when you walk in, as lf what are you doing here. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. And I thought they did a good job cleaning the room. There are plenty of hotels in this area , I would make this my last choice.

They charged us an extra $30 for a view however, we didn’t get much of a View. (We still had to walk to get a view.) The shower leaked water all over the floor. I could hear someone upstairs pulling a chair or something. There are no restrooms in the lobby. However, the refrigerator did actually keep everything cold and the staff was very informative, helpful and nice!

We booked a room for 2 nights over the phone, i thought it was the hotel and it was expedia. They took the full 2 day room price off the credit card. We had to cancel due to a family emergency. We canceled at least 24 hours ahead. Someone will not refund almost $600.00 they took off the credit card.and we cant use the room in Florida because we reside in Michigan..we are seniors and im handicap, we live on a very limited budget and cant afford to have our money kept. This s the first time we have had time away in many years. Then my 89 year old mother had an episode and a possible mild stroke and we had to leave early. Emergencies come up and can alter plans..it isnt right they keep our money when we couldnt even stay there..we still have bills to pay and $600.00 they are keeping for no service is really hurting us financially. Expedia or Clearwater Beach hotel cant find our names or numbers anywhere, but they took our money..we also got no conformation .number. the credit card was canceled because of scam.but they managed to get 600..
What kind of business are Expedia and Clearwater Beach hotel running??

The girl at the counter was not friendly at all. When we got there after booking on line it was a lot more than it said and then they wanted a $50 deposit. We ended up not staying but luckily we got a refund
